Insurance I provide self-pay medical nutrition therapy services with payment due at time of service. I also am in network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Humana Medicare. I will work with you on complimentary insurance benefits checking. With your assistance, I will contact your insurance company to determine your coverage for nutrition counseling. I will work with you to determine your best financial options for coverage either in or out of network. Many clients have been able to access out-of-network benefits to cover their nutrition treatment. If you are a potential client with Medicare coverage, nutrition counseling is currently covered for diabetes and kidney disease only and a doctor's referral is necessary. However, if you need other nutrition services, I will try my best to work with you to make it as affordable as possible.
Nutrition Support Groups I am available to facilitate your weight loss or eating disorder support group at a location of your own convenience. Please call me with your needs and to check fees and availability.
